Computer/office chair, great price and service
bought a chair from www.chellgrove.co.uk , 1year 6 month ago , now 1 castor damaged because of difficulty getting up/down, so sent them Email to buy one , had personal phone call over problem 2hours later, saying they will send replacement plus 1 spare .AT THEIR EXPENSE, thats how to win customers for life, their chairs are good quality and decent price, though could use better name for website,easy to miss bargains......zee

I agree on the domain, PC Chairs would be better

It isn't that often you hear of companies seeing through customer service so well, especially so long after a purchase.

it's funny - we get the occasional letter from a customer just to say how good the print is on our bog rolls, and what do the supermarkets do ? they charge us £25 - because it's classed as a complaint.

Just recieved castors by 1st. class mail...very impressed with service,they have customer for life, pity i'm a small one, business like this deserves to stand out....zee
