hope someone can shed some light on this for me.

i have several campaigns setup with google adwords, all with keywords set etc. Just over a week ago I noticed that none of my ads were being displayed. I logged into adwords and checked the CPC and keyword validity tools and all are fine, checked my billing details, fine.

I have emailed google (twice) but nothing back from them yet.

Anyone hav enay ideas? I haven't changed any settings for about 6 months.

thanks in advanced.

Justin

Hi,

Have you checked the Ads Diagnostic Tool (under the Tools menu) - it should tell you why your ads are not showing?

regards
David

Google are looking at some sites and blocking ads from being shown on them if they feel they are MFA (Made For Adsense) sites. Usually you get an email from them tho if this is the case.

hi Paul

thanks for the reply. the sites in question are http://www.falkentyres.co.uk and http://www.mcgardlocks.co.uk, both full blown ecommerce websites with no ad sense at all.

this is rather weird...................................

Ah my mistake should have read your post properly:oops: funny thing is the site I was talking about was about tyres as well :)

I'm going to assume that your min CPC is larger than the minimum amount required for activation.

Check to see whether you have any disapproved ads/keywords. They normally send you an email when they disapprove anything, but it can be easy to miss.

If it has been changed recently, you should have "Your alerts" at the top of the page after you have logged in - clicking on this will show any problems with your account.

You can also check by going to: Campaign Management --> Tools --> Disapproved Ads.

hi mate

yep done all that, got this this morning from google ad words tech support:

"I have reviewed your account and confirmed that your ad is now running on Google. Your ad was not previously running due to a known technical issue.
This issue has now been fixed and we are working diligently to prevent any similar occurrences. We apologise for this disruption to your ad delivery."

does anyone think i have a case for compo or anything? the sites are lsited no 1 in google and yahoo for the main keywords, but its the content adverts that i reckon bring in a lot of business.

cheers
