Google Update

Does anyone know when Google's last update was? A few of the keywords i'm watching have moved within 10 positions (some up/some down). Maybe signals that an update has just occured?

I assume you know about the update that happened a few days ago. Just checked again and there does seem to be some slight movement again (all bad movements for me).

Long story short, nearly all EMDs have been punished.

Hi Jamie,

Sorry, yeah i knew about that, I think that one was coming, but i thought it was a bit further in the distance.

The keywords i'm following aren't on an exact match domain but i've seen about 7 of my keywords drop by a few positions and about 3 increase their position. Of course it's badly affected our most important keywords and the lesser keywords have raised!!

Just an update to my own thread.. We're monitoring our sites daily and we've noticed that our keywords are still moving up and down . Lots of our keywords have been dropped very badly, a handful have improved but not before being dropped badly first!!

We're not an affiliate and we're not EMD!!

There was a Penguin refresh confirmed on October the 5th which is why there is so much confusion as it was very close to the EMD update which was confirmed on the 28th of Sept.
