Got the .com good idea to get the.co.uk aswell?

Hi all
I just got a .com domain for a project im working on.
Would it be a good idea to also get the .co.uk of the same thing as well?

Hey Evolution,

I always try to purchase related domains if available. That'd include different extensions, plurals etc. Means less competitors if developing a domain and more to negotiate with if it comes to a sale.

It's always best to have the range of common extensions, but it can also depend on the content of the website and the desired demographic.

For example, a UK ecommerce store would need it, but a New York directory probaby wouldn't...
