Stopped reading halfway through because my eyes felt like they were being burned out. Anyone else get that from the black/background or just me?

@ Blossom, yes, white text on a black or very dark background is bloody annoying, they have it like that on some of the Yahoo entertainment news pages, not that I read that part of Yahoo much, but just the occasional item I might spot, always have to leave the page before reading it all.

You come away from sites like that seeing blank and white lines for a while when viewing whatever else you're looking at.

Same here, I continued reading but now require eye treatment, I aslo made a by law which states that the OP of the blog must pay for my treatment at £75 so he is screwed anyway, maybe I can pass the cost onto North Tyneside council ?

I wouldn't mind but I'm still paying off my laser eye surgery treatment, don't want to have to have more surgery!
