There are 320 local exacts.

Without the hyphen it would be a nice name and I could see a decent sale maybe £500+. With the hyphen you would be quite lucky if you could sell it for £100 IMO.

As the owners of the unhyphenated I'd have to disagree with your value of our domain at £100 or so. Green Fee sites are very popular - Type 'green fees' into google and see the number of sites and ads with the term 'green fee' or 'green fees' in them. In our view it's a valuable domain. The google exact seems a bit low but in the summer you'll see loads of national newspaper ads offering cheap green fees (i.e. in the Daily Telegraph). Our domain is not currently up for sale but it's definitely not a three figure domain.

I have never understood this attitude. Surely if its not worth selling, its definitely not worth developing? Developing stuff because its too poor a domain to sell seems a surefire way to end up working for < minimum wage.
