With work, this name could be turned in to a quite a productive revenue making site, similar to speakers.co.uk, these are the sort of fees they charge for guest speakers:

Yes, buying the domain is always the easy part, and as with any domain and future site on it, they all take work, it just needs someone who is prepared to do that leg work, or pay to have it done for them

The singular of this name sold for £251 on Domainlore, the plural is better http://domainlore.co.uk/guestspeaker.co.uk

I imagine the majority of those already work with the major agencies. Let's face it, why would you pay to hear someone you'd never heard of speak?

There are loads of people in design and domaining niches who are 'famous' on the internet and speak at lots of events but I doubt many, if any, are with agencies. Probably less money in it, but less work too.
