Guide on .co.uk transfer

Does anyone know where I can find an easy guide on how a .co.uk transfer works?

Just sold a domain to a client who is not very familiar with the uk domain scene and he needs some guidance on how domains are transfered.

I'm perplexed about all the places you must have looked, prior to seeing the link posted here by deliajen, other than looking on Nominet's web site within the Registrants > Transfers section because that is the first and only place I'd consider looking. Infact I regularly provide buyers a link to that very web page.

To be very honest.. I completely forgot to visit the Nominet website prior to posting here, must be getting old
