No it's not - I just bought a *very* similar domain though - same niche, pretty much identical number of monthly exacts and EPC.

Any help on valuation would be much appreciated.

If you're thinking of buying the domain, and are worried to ask for an open valuation, then ask users of this site, who you've traded with previously and trust, for their appraisal privately.

If you have a similar name, that you're thinking of selling, or want a valuation on, then post the name up here. This is the best place to get an honest appraisal on the reseller value of a .co.uk name.

One reason is that the appraisals section of the forum is public and gets indexed by search engines. Anyone who wishes to buy this exact domain in future may search for it and find appraisals here lower than they were prepared to pay, meaning the seller receives less (which of course isn't a good thing for domainers making sales)

If you post up the domain which is registered to you I'm sure people would be happy to appraise it
