Perhaps something like 18 x monthly earnings three months after you've put up a site which earns money. Undeveloped, I'd say maybe £30.

Read the forums to find what has value, these appraisal sites are useless.

Unless a site has traffic or an obvious use then values are low undeveloped.

hi alomani,

just an observation... your site is about anti meat however the Google ads that show up when I visit are meat traders and sellers so you might find that visitors to your site will not want to click on your ads.
