I have a bunch of decent .co.uk names which I seem to have the rights to all the .uk equivalent, apart from the fact that the .uk namespace requires an address in the .uk, which I do not have and hence can't register them.

So, given that, what would happen if I sold one of my co.uk names? Would I keep the rights, would it be transferred to the new owner of the .co.uk that I sold them or would it become available for anybody to register now?

I believe the rights go with the .co.uk (to the new owner)

If you transfer the co.uk without the .uk registered, the right to register the .uk goes with the co.uk to the new owner.

Turn it into a selling point and negotiate with it i.e. this includes exclusive rights to .uk as well as the .co.uk. You may not be able to register them but you can make the point of including it go in your favour :)

Or if you want to keep the .co.uk's, just sell the .uk's (aslong as they dont impede on any developed sites you run.

I can loan you my address for a price haha

Thanks for the ideas everyone! :) I assume co.uk's are still selling for more than the equivalent .uk names thus far?
