right i have to sort my hosting out but i just get lost reading about it all (im a bit thick when it comes to hosting)
does heart "business pro" allow me to host as many sites as i want for £10.75 a month?
thats all i want to do is host as many sites as i want for as cheap as possible, without all the fancey bits on top.

thats hosting for 1 domain, so no is the short answer.

you will need their "reseller" hosting to host more domains starts from about £29 i think.

Watch out if you want to run chron jobs, they don't allow curl commands on their reseller package
(I am going to cancel it with them as am moving over to a dedi server ...)

Yeah you can installed wordpress MU via Softacular, and cURL is enabled last I checked, your better speaking to Tim or Toby
