Heart internet to heart internet transfer

Customer bought a domain off me and I transferred it through nominet... however its still in my account but should be in his ? I only just realised this as the same thing has happened to me buying a domain off a member of this forum.

I tried to transfer it within heart internet but just got an 'internal error' or something similar.

Is there a proper procedure for this?

Email them about the problem, they'll do a manual transfer over for you.
