Heart Internet - entire system appears to be down does anyone know what the problem is, or when it might be fixed?

Seen others reporting problems an hour or 2 ago, I'd ring them, I doubt you'll get an answer if they have major problems as they should be busy resolving it, but hopefully they will have put a status message on the phone system so you'll know where you stand.
