Hi, are you using the reseller account? Just wondered as I have been tempted to sign up for it and wondered if it's as good as it sounds?

Polyspaston Ltd
I have my own system (similar to Polystation) - self created (PHP/Mysql) and I know HeartInternet's D's (worked up the line of web hosting support and development) so they have given extra admin rights to allow my system to basically work alongside them. Agree - HeartInternet are great (espech M & C)
