Hi everyone. I am Rose. I have my first domains listed on DL and I am hoping for the best.

Hi Rose and Welcome, Well at least I've learned what a 'Barrette' is. When ever I'm not familiar with a term I tend to sweep through around a 70 Country list (and of course the Majors and plurals) only takes about 10 seconds. Well it seems to have reasonable popularity. One of those Part-time online sort of sales fields. We do (or women) tend to use the Hair-Clip wording in the UK though

Hello. In the US we use barrette. Good to know that hair-clip is used in Uk. That kind of helps me know what to expect. Also got wordbook.uk listed-though I also own wordbook.co.uk. Accidentally listed only .uk not knowing that only 3 auctions could be listed at once. I fear that wordbook.uk will not do well without the .co.uk. I can start it once barrete domain names end but I am disappointed that I could not list wordbook.uk and wordbook.co.uk at the same time.

Under the Circumstances It may be worth asking (I think it's Deane) to suspend the listing - But I agree It's a 'good word pairing' given how Country localised even the same language is - Barrette being a good example already. You seem to have got your head around the Domain Game Pretty-Fast. Using us Brits for practice eh ???

Also probably best just to list the .co.uk With the proviso that the dot UK will be included . Email ask if you can switch the dot UK for the .co.uk then add the wording.

1 saves on listing fees
2. I doubt the.uk would get any bids
3. If it did then the .co.uk is gonna fly.

I have to add that these sort of domains are worth checking by parking for a while.

I think I will keep it as it is. Live and learn. I am learn that is for sure. Just found DL the other day. I enjoy watching my and other domains.

tell me about it. it's been a 20+ year habit at my end (only since year 2000 active)

Wow, 20 years. Me, 6 compared to 20 and I have only sold one domain name and that was when I first started. A rookie at selling that is for sure. It can be habit forming.

Financially I'm on a Plus (by a good margin) Would've earnt far more putting the same hours in at the Local Convenience store. Still It can be Fun and works as a Savings Scheme is my logic
