Hi All,

I have pondered buying, selling and using domains for a while and thus far played around trying to figure out how to do it..... as with many things it always ends up being more complicated than it first appears. But, may be I just over complicate things !!!

Following the tradition of the best and worst domains (usually bought on inpulse after a tin of stella...) How about the shortest length of ownership, in this instance cocaine.co

It was one of those, why did I do that moments....

Surely Not Just the one can of Stellar. You got to like that Coke domain though with the Co extension, Did you sell it ?

Errrr... no is the short answer to that one.

I bought it when the .co first came out, just for a laugh figuring someone's going to have to buy it. Being honest I didn't even expect to get it, it was a pre-order thing and forgot all about it. Until I got the invoice and auto payment kicked in and it arrived in my control panel, then I thought pooh what do I do with this.

Working on the principle that selling the real stuff is illegal and rightly so, but the domain was fair game. In between me attempting to pop it on Sedo and checking back it had evaporated in to the ether.

I hasten to add, I got a full refund. Got no idea what happened thereafter.

My sphincter did twitch for a few days afterwards, thinking why did you do that.... what a plonker. I now stay well away from such controversial things. A lesson learned.

It was all quite amusing.
