I've been looking at sites for inspiration and came across one which has what appears to be a table containing products, whether they are in stock or not and obviously a link to buy. Can anyone tell me how this particular site is populated. I do have php sites for which I import data feeds but they just import products whether they are in stock or not.

I would like (if possible) to import products as in this site so that they are automatically updated as to if they are in stock or not.I'm not sure if this is just a table with multiple affiliate links which always says the items are in stock or if its populated by java or something. Can anyone shed some light.

It's a feed from AWin by the looks of it

If it's all from AW,can you tell me how i can create a feed with multiple merchants using the one same product like what the other site shows. I have an AW account but no knowledge how to do this.

It doesn't look like that is generated from feeds, I'd imagine that was manually compiled, especially for a very niche site like that.

As for checking stock levels, it could be scraping each page periodically to check, or it could actually be getting the availability data from a feed, I know AWin has that available in theirs, but how often their merchants keep them up to date is another matter though.

Someone was selling a script on A4U a while ago which does this - not sure if it's available or not so will leave you to do the searching :)

If I remember correctly it scrapes the desired page for keywords to display whether the item is in stock or not, and links it up to the affiliate code.
