Help wanted to acquire verticle market dropped domains

I am looking to get some verticle market dropped domain for a project I am working on initially with Debt in the domain name.

Ideally the domain has some history and PR.

Do expired domains often carry PR or is it normally taken away prior to or on deletion?

Often do but it will probably disappear when the search engines next update. unless your lucky and get a site up there quick.
