I am selling the following domain name:

This domain was leased to a UK estate agency. The lease has now expired and it is surplus to requirements. Great traffic domain with links pulling in from external sites.
The domain currently recieves 100+ UV per month and is currently parked on Sedo.
It is also listed on various search engines, Google, Yahoo, etc.
The website/domain was mentioned on Channel 4 Location, Location. Location program last year here is a link on there website:

Have not had it valued yet but went on to a couple of freebie appraisal sites and the valuation came out at around $2k - $3k mark.
