Hi,

As far as Internal Linking is concerned, should I use my domain nuam for the home page, ie: mydomain.com as it is or hyperlink text, ie: my domain name title with my domin within it and the words home page?

Whenever interlinking within your site (ie nav menu, breadcrumb trail etc.) always best to use keywords.
