Wanted: Domain Appraisal homes (org uk)

been contemplating what to do with this domain, its got quite a few gov backlinks and gets quite a bit of traffic, its currently a pr3.

what kind of site would you build on it? Was thinking maybe some kind of classifieds site for homes.

Think that has actually been done before
Better to find some sort of angle, be it interior design, alarms, CCTV monitoring from a distance, something that isn't houses for sale at this late stage in the day.

yeah, i know what you mean, but hasn't virtually everything been done before? There's hundreds of interior design websites. Maybe something which fits the extensions, like, council house exchange/swap classifieds, but even this has been done already.

While not a fan of .org.uk, I think this is a nice domain and a good fit.
Some really nice suggestions.
Could be developed around lifestyle, shared ownership, home swapping/couchsurfing etc

Something to do with care/retirement homes gets my vote. That would likely be the most financially rewarding use too.

Perfect use for it given the extension.
