Unless they have changed it since i have only found:

Goto UK Reseller Hosting & Multiple Domain Hosting then where it says It really isn't unlimited, it takes you to UK Reseller Hosting & Multiple Domain Hosting, I'm assuming the -h is the suffix for hostpay.

I wouldnt agree with those terms END OF, as they have sliced your target markets down like hell.

I have a few bands on reseller accounts who have 20-30 MP3s, their myspace layout images are stored, and a few music videos are hosted, according to their TOS, this site would clap out at 25gb, and their myspace profile hosting would be against their rules.

My BodMod.TV site would be against their TOS.

There limits are too tight for the money they want.

i agree - they are good in taking your cash but when you are running 50 clients and 1 of them hit sub 100k alexa you start getting emails from heart and TOS etc. They are playing at reselling and dont want to give away no bandwidth

I think your all talking about the 1% downtime that any hosting has and your flapping your wings about it. My site currently under construction

NEVER goes down! I work on multiple website on heart hosting everyday and never experiance downtime and that includes 24/7 as I work with others around the world.

Customer service always reply within 15-30 minutes. If thats too slow for someone you need to pick up a phone or get yourself ripped off with some expensive hosting that will still have plenty downtime.

Lets put it another way...

I hire you a car with unlimited fuel and free insurance.

I then tell you you the terms of this fuel and insurance.

You can't use the insurance or fuel with anyone else in the car.

You can't use the fuel to communte to work or back.

You can only use the car for pleasure use.

Thats what Heart at done by restricting the files types, the bandwidth to certain file types, and type of websites you can host.

Stay away from Heart Internet,

Stay away from a company that shut my account down and held all my websites and data for ransom because I questioned their terms and conditions.

I'm now taking them to court, but if you need my advice, stay well away.

What?! Are we talking about a different Heart Internet here. I read their policy when I signed up to it and it has not changed. It says nothing that comes close to what your suggesting.

The only people I have known to have reduced bandwith is those who think that they can play music or host videos from their website without copyrights. People think that just because they are not selling it that the COPY part is ok to do and RIGHTS don't exist between them and the persons property they are using. Thats when Heart put the foot down and I know it, so they should.

Everyone I've known to have issues with heart have breached the agreements even if they never realised at first.

WebTechGlobal, You clearly didnt read this thread AT ALL, your first post is about downtime that no one even mentioned, and I posted links and excerps from the TOS in the thread.

Are you using HOSTPAY or normal hosting with them ?

Maybe PM him and ask him the score ? I wouldnt use them unless your selling to 'businesses' coz the average user will break them TOS in a heartbeat.
