how do i create a link in my signature , the type with anchor text

i tried to use this link below , but it did not work , the full text was shown and not a clickable text link

i'd like to be able to put a link in my signature with anchor text , but i dont seem to be able to do it , could someone post me a example based on www.show-plates.com

Why did you put spaces in the URL tags? Take them out, there doesn't need to be any.
