Well then if I was you I would value the domain myself. As it is very hard putting a value on someone elses domain as they are all unique.
Im sure you have already put a value on your domain name and that is the one that you will sell it for.
For instance, if someone came up to your tomorrow and offered you $40,000 for it. You would obviously either accept it or reject it. If you rejected it, it is because you have a minimum amount in mind that you will sell for.
I think its all about how much the domain name is worth to yourself and also to someone who wants to buy it. If it was very valuable to yourself, you would probably have a website on it making lots of money.
