The script needs fine tuning, but thats basicly it, no other content except the listings.

looks good mate - from a business point of i'd be concerned that your sub categories are too varied - i wouldn't be searching a site called 'office lets' looking for a farm. I would change the subcats to location instead?

running it will of course add traffic and therefore affect the value - the question is do you want to. A project on the side normally has a negative effect (see links below ) you need to dedicate time continually for it to be a great success - unless your totally sold on the idea then i would sell
