How long until i can transfer a domain.

I think this is a relativley simple question that i really should know the answer to,

How long do i have to wait from purchasing a domain before i can sell it on?

I always have assumed it was about 60 days, but i notice some people sellign domains that they have caught on the drop in the last few weeks.

which tld or cctld? many like godaddy have a 60day clause but believe with .uk domains you can move them around at will subject to the £12 nominet fee!

.uk domains can be transferred straight away no waiting period as it controlled by nominet

Thanks for the rpompt responses.

I was just generally thinking about .co.uks I registered a domain last week (123-reg) and managed to get some interest from a buyer yesterday, i was just checking that i didnt have to wait a certain amount of time before i could sell it on!
