Let's say you have a penalised premium .co.uk and get the corresponding .uk.

How much would it be worth to sell them together, assuming the buyer would need to develop the .uk to get SEO traffic?

I'd imagine many would be hesitant about developing .uk as soon as it's released, therefore would prefer to develop .co.uk with .uk on the side.

Without factoring .uk since no one knows for sure how it will be treated, I've seen them going for as low as 10% there usual value. This is just based on like for like domains, made up example panda.co.uk clean selling at £10k then penguin.co.uk selling at £1k because of the penalty and clean up. Obvious panda maybe worth more than penguin but they are similar enough for the example.

Depends how much clean up there is to try and clear it, the more poop stuck to it, the less its worth kinda thing.

Can’t think of any real gem premium .co.uk that have sold at a lower price because of a penalty anyone got any real examples?
