1. A DAC contract is not by tag but by account (membership). So if you have one membership and ten tags then you can only have one DAC contract. If you have multiple memberships and do not tell us then when we find out we link them so again only one is allowed. Not sure how you think sending the TAG would help this in anyway - we know what tags each DAC user has.
2. Too many tag holders poll the DAC to see when a domain has been transferred to their tag (which they are expecting) rather than wait for the notification.
3. Nobody has mentioned the last updated field before. Why do you want it?
