I've spoken to a few people over the years, always seems to be general sales team though so don't think giving you a direct email would help unless you can find a higher up - often when I've emailed the last person we dealt with directly I get a reply from someone else.

We've bought a few domains from them over the years, most I've ever managed to knock off was $400 from something that was somewhere around $6k I think. Bulk deals didn't seem to make the blindest bit of difference either.
