Ok i'm after 100's of any type of images but need to be free to use on websites.

They are basically to go in the header of a few hundred sites relivant to the site and would cost £xxxx's if I were to buy say 3-7 images for each site from ISTOCK.

DOn't mind paying say a flat small fee and images don't have to be that great either.

Plan 'B' is to spend a full few days going round taking them myself.

Thanks in advance people

Cheers Lee not heard of them but like the idea of the free section where you donate to.

I used to use them on my network of affiliate sites, mustve been cost effective to me otherwise wouldn't have done it.

Thanks for the Link but will cast my net out again.

Not an easy site to use in my eyes and to see what's free and how they can be used. Worth knowing of for real projects that need stock photo's and I'm willing to pay for.

Nice find springer, I see how the make their money some images actually link to istock and some don't and are actually are free to use.

Cheers guy's

Any more? ;)

You could contact some of the stock photographers and pay them a set fee for images for all domains, I have done this in the past.

You can also buy stock photo CDs on Amazon.

Have you had a look at: Bigstock photo

I've just done 400 images from them for a site, think it worked out about 60p each. Massive selection too.

That's just worth getting to have on file to save messing :D

And that Big Stock is a nice alternate to Istock.

Cheers Guys!
