Increasing conversions

I have a site generating around 5k uniques per month in a very profitable industry.

Does anyone know or use a company that reviews your site to increase conversions of existing visitors - rather than SEO?

They look good, and I was just about to contact them using the button on the right hand side of each page when I noticed the Meet Us section below - with conference dates in 2010. Conversion rate fail.

Read his Seomoz post though, some good recommendations. I found a big fail on a site using CrazyEgg.

They are very good but very busy.

I struggled with Google Website Optimiser but recently tried Visual Website Optimizer and it made split testing a breeze if you are thinking of doing it in-house - actually quite fun setting up different tests and watching the improvements and revenue grow.
