Just had a customer on the phone who has a shop in a city centre location. They've just had a young man come in, wearing a Google t-shirt and carrying a Google bag. The man stated that their local places listing wasn't verified and he could do it for them, all they had to do was provide him with their gmail address and password!
They stated they wanted to check this, so the young man said he would come back at 3, but I doubt they'll ever see him again..
