I really appreciate elegant design that can make an item a joy, not a chore to use. The iphone is like a grown up toy, it's actually fun to use (not fiddly). I love the maps feature, very useful as I've recently moved to London and don't know my way around all the roads yet. I like the way the internet works on it, with a quick twist to the side you get a wide angle view, etc. The internet renders perfectly too. Really nice. I think Apple makes some great stuff generally.

That's not true.
I keep some in the fridge, some under the bed, and some stuck to the walls. With the rest I've been making quite a nice overcoat actually (out of £50 notes, they're slightly bigger and seem thicker than other notes). I haven't experimented with other currencies yet.

I love mac stuff. Just ordered 16 macbooks for our school. I would be lost without my MacBook Pro. Got fairly new Nokia... Will wait for next generation iphone.. or possibly the Gphone will be out by then..

Iphones and Apple products in general IMO are utter garbage, I wouldnt use any of them if given for free. Style over content, abject failure in every department when compared to other products, even ones signifigantly cheaper.
I honestly think if you got Steve Jobs off the record he'd have a Ratners moment decrying that anyone who buys his products is a moron and deserves to be relieved of their money.
