Its normal in Iraq for shoes to go flying past you everyday.

feel sorry for the guy. it obviously was just adhoc, and to be in room was obviously a journo at one of the better papers and is prob seeing first hand daily the shit occurring and just snapped.

They were Turkish made shoes. "Although they looks very bulky they are quite lite" was the statement made by the manufacturer. Also check the cartoons published in the media.
