not only is this bizarre, the fact the telegraph has reported it makes it even more surreal

and as the final straw he/she gets off with a caution?
seriously i can feel a michael douglas 'falling down' moment coming on , lol

There are just too many jokes within this story isn't there - about 'mans best friend' etc; "how low can you get"? "well I can just about manage a Corgi..."; he was let off with a caution as Fiffy the poodle didn't wish to press charges; he wouldn't have been noticed if he hadn't been shouting 'STAY, STAY' so loud; the strangest thing is, they were using the missionary position;
