Is it still possible to do transfer the old way?

Struggling to find the Registrant transfer link in Online Services.

How do you do a transfer the old way in which the buyer completes the transfer fo a £10 plus £2 VAT fee?

Dashboard -> My Services

From there, search from the domain name in the list, select it and then click the blue "Transfer Domain" button
