Is it worth to buy .co.uk with Estibot/Google keyword searches

Hello guys

I come with a little question to you

I am wondering what determines your choices when picking domain name
I made a couple of purchases in my life which were commented for example here that they are useless so what I am trying to say is that

Will you consider a domain good if Google keyword planner shows let's say 10-100k range searches for the term provided ? I am not mentioning Estibot as not so many people like it

I appreciate all your opinions and time
