is the .UK in or out of your company?

when you bring a new .uk into existence does it have to be on the books of the originating ltd company - I suppose it is a completely new asset that never existed before, presumably you could bring it into a new company straight away if you get my meaning.

I assume if the .co.uk is owned by a ltd co. and the .uk rights belong to the .co.uk domain then it should be registered to the original co.
