Is there really no way to find a .co.uk domain owner now?

Yep the only people protected by this are thieves. Now it's easier to steal a domain as nobody can spot anything changing. Spammers still have lists and for the last few .coms I registered, even with privacy, I've still received forwarded spam mail. Still... "it's for your own good".
