Is there still any worth left in developed forums?

hi,

just developed a .phpbb web related forum.

only did it to have a go at installing the script and having a mess around.

I think there must be loads of these forums around.

Is there any value in one, with no users and traffic about 100 uniqes a month?

There seem to be alot that sell on digital point forums.

There has to be a raison d’être for the forum. The philosophy of 'if you build it they will come' won't happen unless there is a core to build on. Either a market or existing traffic.
