Is this name safe or not?

I cant decide if this name is safe to own or not: Hallmark .(org).(uk)
its a dictionary word and related to gold stamps etc but there is one obvious (big) user for this name.
Should I be expecting a letter through the door soon?

In theory it's safe unless you start using it to sell cards or park it/put adsense on it that contains adverts from card retailers.

That doen't mean you won't get a letter though.

It's also best to avoid greenhouses, Scotch whisky, deodorant, Christmas decorations, combs, cigarettes and confetti, amongst others.

A search on Hallmark at the UK Intellectual Property Office http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tm/t-find/t-find-text/ throws up an amazing range of patents from different organisations in different fields.

However, as a man in the street (well, lounge), the name would only suggest the greetings card company to me off the top of my head.
