Hi,
Here's one that I can't resolve so hoping one of you xperts can help :p

I have a simple signup subscriber form but it won't close when you hit the 'submit' button.

The info gets sent through to me but the form remains on the page unless you close it down via the X button. People don't think the form has worked so keep pressing the submit form which results in multiple registrations being sent to me.

Can anyone help? if so send me a pm & I'll ping the site url over to you.

Thanks!

Fish

Have you got a self.close() or window.close() as the last thing in the JavaScript? If you load the script debug in either Chrome or Firefox you can see what the code is doing.

OK, so I said 'simple script' in my post (#notquitetrue), it's actually from mailchimp and they just provide it 'as is' & don't have support for it.

I tried Firefox debug but couldn't suss it out!
