Possible trademark confusion etc ...? Could be more of a pain than a gain... If it had enough traffic some business plans are make as much commission before they lose it... But doubt they would pay much if anything...

If you look at it in isolation from the TM, then it's worthless. Any use relating to the TM and it could lead to a DRS.

Classic typo for Jimmy Choos... for people who can't afford the real thing! ;-)

Why is it a TM issue?... It's a sweet shop and the phrase is after all just a phrase....

Value.... no idea... see what the sweet shop would pay for it... go in at £300 and see where you end up!

Eliza - you have to be careful because that is probably an unregistered trademark of the dog treat company...

Jimmy Choo could have a claim against the dog treat company, and the dig treat company could have a claim with you over trademark infringement.
