I live in Tonbridge and have various geodomains related to Kent, the South East and England, so I look forward to seeing responses from others.

What is your intent in terms of content ? xxxxBlog suggests regular real content. Will you create that yourself, or will you reword posts from the BBC and other local media websites and Twitter accounts ? Or will you simply retweet or cut-and-paste ?

Will you focus on tourism, or politics, or jobs, or community stuff ? Or all of them concurrently ?

Will you become authoritative ... and, if so, how ? How will you be unique ?

Or is it a purchase to sell on as soon as possible ?

As a cheap purchase (but where did you get a .co.uk for 99p ?) it's certainly not a waste of a quid, but how do you intend to use it or market it ?

Hi, thanks for your response. I am thinking of developing my self. Thinking mainly posts about stuff to do in Kent, and general Kent news. Will write some posts myself or outsource some writers. Also thought about contacting companies in Kent to see if the want to write a post about there business. I registered the domain with godaddy for 99p. Think you can only register one per account for this price though

For marketing will probably mainly use facebook ads

In terms of resale value id say its not worth much more than Reg fee, however from a development point of view with the insight of possible cross promotion with another business ( which i assume thats your aim going by your signature ) then the value could be potentially much more.

Once developed it could be nice asset, but in my opinion very little value as a stand alone domain............but for 99p anythings worth a punt.....right ?
