Yeah, easy peasy to cook, slice up from raw, bung in oven covered in olive oil and salt/pepper on Gas Mark 5 for about 30-45 mins, shake 'em about now and again, lurvely!

Goodness me, no peeling required, takes too much effort, lol. I just wash the dirt off, chop & bake. For extra crunch, leave some soil attached.
