Leaflet Advertising

Has anyone had any success with leaflet drops?

I was looking into advertising a website that I have through my region, but didn't know whether leaflets or advert in the paper was the best option.

Leaflets are generally better. If you do any newspaper/magazine advertising, I'd go with inserts rather than actual on-page ads.
