Its just like me walking down the street and finding a fiver, pocketing it and then releasing scooter had dropped it, do you not think i would hand it back if that was the case.
 
More like pick-pocketing if you ask me. Using your knowledge of the system to deprive a guy of what he has paid for because you haven't got it for yourself, only because the reg details are not entirely in order. That was your intention wasn't it? Otherwise, why do it?
Look DB, I'm not going out of my way to have a go, whatever you may think. But calling Nominet (and Sedo re: the parkerpens domain), they're spiv tactics. Has it really come to that just to get a domain name? Or is this a case of honour amongst thieves, all ok so long as you don't know the registrant? I'm wondering where people draw the line, if there is a line?
 
Maybe you need to look up 'acute'.

Sean had the balls to come in and 'fess up. He didn't know who the registrant was. I'm sure he doesn't need a lecture in ethics either.

Might have known alooza would chip in. As for ethics, he has none in my opinion.
