2673 is not very high with a space between the names, if it had that many with ext it would could be worth £4250 but yours has a hyphen as well which drasticaly reduces it's worth.

In other words your title and stats are misleading, the name you are quoting the stats for isn't even the name you are selling, yours has a hyphen!

(This is my opinion as should in know way influence the sale of this premium name!)

actually if you search for Letting-Agency the search results are 2673...

Anyway, this is a .com & .net together - so that original price is relatively fair! To be honest, there are so many new lettings agencies opening everyday there is a big demand for these generic names.

Plus, hyphenated domains are selling more and more these days as they are good for search engine results which is where 90% of property searches start!

most of the semi :twisted: respected forum members (I don't count myself as respected ty) have spent a disproportionate amount of time on letting etc etc.. FFS as DB mentioned this thread is regurgitated regularly, and still full of the I know better but can I have your advice.....

Lex, instead of posting this/these domains for sale every couple of weeks with silly non stats and shill bidding why not show a bit of initiative and get on the phone and try and sell them to end users.
No one on this forum is going to buy them, especially at the price you seem to think they should command.
That way you might actually sell them and more importantly give us all a rest.
