Wanted: Domain Appraisal Lined Paper.co.uk - Does anyone pay attention to Sedo price suggestion tool?

Hi all,

Just wanting to know whether anyone actually pays attention to the Sedo price suggestion tool? The reason being that i've just ran it on this domain and it came back with a result of £1000-1999.

Whilst i'm all for being ambitious - is this way out or would you agree?

Since you asked, I think it's a big over valuation.

I never pay any attention to valuation tools.

I agree it is way over inflated.

I wonder how Sedo and other price suggestion tools actually come to their 'decisions'.

There are a number of methods currently used, Many of the companies especially ones that charge are not keen on letting joe public in on its secret but I have managed to get blueprints (see below Picture) and I’m currently working on producing my own working prototype feel free to adapt this for your own use​

I believe this is the guy that invented and his coding and various methods of valuation are still used today? The secrecy that surrounds his invention make this hard to verify...
